Devashish Sharma is the Group Chief People Officer at PeopleStrong and President at Taggd, a Digital Recruitment Platform by PeopleStrong. In his current role, he is responsible for defining the strategy and driving the growth and customer success for the Taggd business. He is also the custodian of the PeopleStrong group's People care agenda.

Devashish is a strong advocate of using technology and data-driven decision-making in HR. Under his leadership, PeopleStrong has not only been able to create digital success stories for 350+ multinational and Indian customers but has also adopted cutting-edge people practices for employees as well.

Devashish brings in over 28 years of experience in managing the overall functioning of business process outsourcing (BPO). Prior to PeopleStrong, Devashish headed his entrepreneurial venture called JustFares India.

Devashish holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Masters in Aviation Management from IATA’s Management Institute in Geneva. Devashish closely follows and talks about the trends shaping the world of work and jobs and is a prominent speaker at various national and international forums.

Manish fulfills the role of a Chief Growth Officer at Taggd, where he along with the leadership team is authoring the new code of work in the field of Talent Acquisition.
With nearly two decades of experience, Manish brings with him years of business leadership and consultative sales expertise spanning across Telecom, BFSI, and Information Technology sectors. In his previous roles, he has devised go-to-market and growth strategies to scale the business multifold by capturing new markets, penetrating existing markets, and growing business by mining existing enterprise clusters.
Manish is currently responsible for Client Acquisition, Business Revenues, and carrying forward the Growth charter. An economics and technology enthusiast, Manish has recently concluded his second master’s in Data Science and likes to keep himself updated on the latest economics and technology trends.

He has significant experience of managing large, diversified teams with 1000+ Headcount or more, leading over 15 Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt Projects with significant value delivered to clients. With his extensive experience in bringing concepts to reality, he holds the responsibility to drive the financial growth of the organization.

Anshuman Srivastava is Director of Business Solutions at Taggd and brings with him a rich experience of 12 years in Business Management, Consulting, Recruitment Manpower outsourcing with proven ability to successfully handle end-to-end recruitments across various Industry verticals. He is responsible for the Business Development of Taggd’s business globally ensuring outstanding Client Relations Engagement, Team building, Mentoring Coaching. He is held responsible for-profit revenue management Cost management.

Vivek Sethi is the Chief Technology and Product Officer at Taggd. In his current role, he is responsible for executing the digital vision of Taggd through innovative recruitment tech products. He has around 17 years of rich experience in the tech industry and has worked with organizations like Quark, Sapient, and Bank Of America in the past, building and scaling high availability products in the telecom, retail, and banking space.

He is an avid reader and a voyager who loves to explore new places and enjoy local delicacies.

Her Professional Self:

Kamakshi is chief of Marketing and Strategy initiatives at Taggd. In her current role, she is responsible for designing and executing the growth and business strategy and special projects for Taggd in collaboration with the Executive Team. In addition to this, she leads the Marketing and Branding initiatives of Taggd and is responsible for enabling the growth of Taggd through differentiated brand positioning, digital marketing, and thought leadership.

Prior to taking up this role, Kamakshi lead marketing for PeopleStrong globally and was instrumental in driving the transformation of the company to be the largest HR Tech brand in Asia. She was able to drive both brand strategy and revenue marketing, to deliver business impact in this role.

Creating a Brand’s Identity and bringing it to life through detailed execution is one of her key interest areas. And in the last 8 years, she has been able to walk through this journey for over 7+ brands across Taggd and PeopleStrong.

Amit is responsible for driving the People agenda at Taggd, and he is the Group HR Head for PeopleStrong with a career spanning over 15+ years.

Amit has worked with global organizations like Aricent Technologies, Tata Communications in various HR SMEs roles. He has deep prowess in HR Work Tech SaaS, IT, and the telecom industry. His expertise lies in building a strong brand value with an eco-system where employee satisfaction, mindfulness, and well-being are at the core. He focuses on driving a collaborative mindset and digitization of the processes for higher productivity and believes in bringing cultural sensitivity to global workplaces.

Amit has been chosen as the top 100 HR professionals under 40 across India. He is also the recipient of the ‘Gold Plaque Award,’ PeopleStrong’s highest award for his innovative and progressive HR practices.
