Young engineers, graduates or postgraduates are not looking for the manufacturing industry. Also, the problematic thing could be that now many private colleges are shifting from the core engineering verticals such as mechanical, chemical, or analytical to computer science or IT domain. So, India needs to make the right sort of speculation, and if over time the manufacturing industry gets to up but talent shift has been seen, so it will not be an easy task to find the right fit.

Manufacturing Industry has seen a gradual development in several months. But during the pandemic, labor migration has been seen drastically, so I believe we have already hit rock bottom, and it is absolutely impossible to go down than this. So, in my sense, the manufacturing industry will bounce back again as the domestic consumption rate is not reducing. The consumer industry posted almost 80 to 100% growth results in the last couple of years.
